Start with a plan from the catalogue and change it until it fits your lot, your family and your budget. We drew every one of these sets, so the changes come from the same office that produced the original drawings — not from a third party working around someone else's file.
Tell us the plan number and what you want different. The more specific the list, the tighter the quote. A sketch photographed with your phone is fine.
You get a fixed price and a turnaround before any work starts. Modification work is quoted from an hourly rate, and small changes are genuinely small.
You approve, we draw, and you get a revised PDF set carrying your changes. The single-build licence covers the modified design.
Anything that moves structure means the structural design has to be done for the new configuration — see structural engineering.
Buy the CAD set for that plan and your own designer can work directly in the drawing files. The single-build licence still applies to the modified design.
If no plan in the catalogue is close, we draw from scratch. Custom design is a different conversation and a different price.
